Peter has sold, written for hire, or optioned ten theatrical feature scripts, and has done several rewrites for indie film and TV producers. Two short films, a stage play, and numerous TV public service announcements have been produced from his scripts, among them, nine Chapters in Black American History and his half-hour suspense drama, Double Cross (which he co-wrote and co-produced, and which was offered a worldwide distribution deal within a month of its completion).


One of Peter’s comedy scripts won an Honorable Mention at the 2005 Thunderbird International Film Festival Script Competition.


In 2009, Peter may be writing a theatrical feature script for Oscar and Golden Globe nominee Terrence Howard, who has asked him to work on the project. Earlier, Peter developed an original feature script of his with Best Picture Oscar winner, Fred Roos.


In 2008, Peter completed a rewrite on a martial arts script for Green Mantis Productions and polished a love story/satire script for Mrs. Stanley Kramer of KnK Productions. KnK will also be producing one of Peter’s feature projects.


Peter has also written a sci-fi/action/thriller for Bluewater Productions, which is currently available. Additionally, Bluewater has optioned three of Peter’s treatments, which are in the script development or packaging stages.


Peter began 2009 by acting as the script consultant on two feature films which went into production after the scripts were rewritten based on his analyses: FROZEN, shot in Alaska, and KIDNAPPED, shot in Los Angeles. Both films are in post-production. As of May, 2009, Peter has been hired to rewrite a feature script, with two more such assignments following after that (one of them a Western starring Sam Elliot, David Carradine and Keith Carradine). Peter is consulting on another film which will be shot in Newport, Rhode Island in September, 2009.
